Registered Nurse

To assist the Manager in the day-to-day care functions of the Home.

To supervise and evaluate the delivery of nursing care and to ensure care staff are designated appropriate work assignments, to ensure full and professional care is delivered to the residents. 

To maintain the quality care service, which will be in accordance with standards set down by Aster Healthcare.

Registered Nurse

To assist the Home Manager in the day to day care functions of the Nursing Home to supervise and evaluate the delivery of nursing care and to ensure care staff are designated appropriate work assignments, to ensure full and professional care is delivered to the clients.

To maintain the quality Care service which will be in accordance with standards set down by Aster Healthcare.

Manager

To manage the activities of the Home, in order that it achieves and maintains the standards of Care determined by the Company’s policy, meets all regulatory obligations and achieves agreed gross profit targets
